Fast starts off the year 2020 with the now consolidated appointment with the IMM trade fair, where it presents its latest products, such as the Ria stackable armchair designed by Alberto Lievore and the Orizon collection of tables and chairs designed by Studio Lievore Altherr, as well as its new vision of outdoor furniture, which the CEO Marco Levrangi explains in his own words:
Our products, which are inserted and used in nature, should be in keeping with their surrounding landscape, without ever appearing like foreign objects. This is why we have combined aluminium with fabrics and colours, and reinvented the soul of every single model. Drawing our inspiration from the various outdoor lifestyles, new colour combinations were put together for our products to liaise harmoniously with the natural environment in which they are inserted.
Thanks to a painstaking search for colours, finishes and fabrics, Fast was successful in completely restyling its entire collection. The result is a new catalogue, which the brand is presenting for the first time in Cologne: new colour palettes, inspired by different yet complementary outdoor lifestyles. One palette offers shades of blue recalling the sky and the sea, while another explores the warm and earthy hues of browns and ochre. Others still introduce pink as a base, to be teamed with powdery and cold hues, or rust and the warm grain of wood.
It is no surprise that Fast chose Cologne as the venue to present its many novelties. Germany is confirmed as being one of the brand’s biggest markets, which has witnessed a continuous growth in turnover over recent years.
