On the occasion of the 60th edition of the Salone del Mobile 2022 furniture show, Fast is exhibiting for the first time in exhibition hall 16 with a booth spanning more than 230 square metres dedicated to living in synch with Nature, which has always been the Leitmotiv of the brand.
Made by Studio Frezza in partnership with Frassinago 18, the booth highlights how intimate contact with Nature is part of our primary needs, also and above all in an era of dominating virtuality like the one we live in.
In an ideal dialogue between the forest and the sky, shades of green and blue alternate harmoniously. In the centre of the booth lies in an architectural choice that recalls an ancient Roman domus, an area completely populated by plants that looks like a genuine green lung, a beating heart that conveys its vital energy to the entire space.
The outdoor settings suggested by Fast overlook this garden: from the living room to the dining room, and also an area dedicated to working, everything is in perfect sync, whereas the dominant colour, deep ultramarine blue, enhances the design, the textures and the materials.
Among the new products on display is the sinuous poetry of the Ria Soft and Solaris sofa collections by Alberto Lievore, the new Allsize console, which adds a practical surface for any sociable outdoor occasion, and the Ninfea storage units, embellished by a new version.
“For this edition of the Salone del Mobile, which represents a veritable rebirth, we decided to opt for a high-impact optical effect that emphasises the shapes of our products”, explains Marco Levrangi, CEO of Fast. “The monochrome approach creates uniformity between the products and the surrounding environment; the cold colours refer to the multiple variations in shade found in nature. To this end, we recreated in our booth the relationship that exists between Fast products and the natural environment, a relationship which represents the starting point and the point of arrival of our work and our collection”.
