J.Corradi, historical Italian brand for top quality range cookers, launches a new collection characterized by a contemporary design, which combines endless cooking options with the possibility to heat using the most environmentally friendly fuel found in nature: wood.
Contemporary design and attention to details
Moderna’s simple and linear design features a chrome-plated aluminium frame, which raises the entire structure from the ground and lightens it, and has no sharp edges whatsoever. Corners, doors and handles are bevelled and welded for better ergonomics and a great aesthetic effect.
Excellent performance and beautiful flame
The firebox is in Alutec®, a material patented by MCZ Group, which whitens at high temperatures assuring a bright and attractive flame. The fire can be easily adjusted with a single control dial built into the compartment, and offers first-rate heating performance, efficiently heating areas of up to 70-100 square metres, according to the size of the model.
Heating and cooking at the same time
While heating the surrounding area through natural convection, the firebox also heats the top plate, available in cast iron or in fiberglass, as well as the wood-burning oven, available with volume of 22, 41 or 51 litres, with thermometer and triple-glazed door for the utmost insulation and safety. The stainless steel cooktop increases the versatility of use of Moderna and it can be customised with gas or induction hobs, grills or fry tops.
