Established in 1936 in Padua, today Bonaldo is a leading company in the Made in Italy furniture and décor sector, bolstered by a strong bond with the territory and its own roots and, at the same time, open to the latest trends and to the most modern and international manufacturing techniques.
In more than eighty years, the Italian brand has undertaken a strategy of continuous expansion and internationalisation in an effort to bring its style abroad, seeking to meet the residential needs of different parts of the world.
In keeping with this dynamic and global retail expansion plan, last autumn Bonaldo opened a new space in Moscow.
Located in a historic building close to Red Square, the new showroom is furnished with the company’s most iconic pieces: a reference to the “Bonaldo Total Look” project with which the company brings its stylistic flair, creating atmospheres that are coordinated in every detail; a space to welcome architecture and design studios, offering the chance to fully immerse in the world of Bonaldo.
Alberto Bonaldo, Managing Director of the company, says: "The new opening in Moscow is an important milestone for Bonaldo, at a time in which the company is experiencing strong growth, both in terms of store number and wide range of products. We are proud of our new presence in Russia, a country that is accounting for a growing share of our total export quota.”
In Russia Bonaldo registered a growth of 18% between 2018 and 2019, with the country now ranking in fifth place in terms of importance among the company’s foreign markets.
Among Bonaldo’s strong points, a diversified selection of products that range from the collection of upholstered furniture (with beds, chairs and sofas) to tables and accessories. Furthermore, last year Bonaldo launched its Lighting Collection: a new line of lamps conceived to provide a complete offer for a total look by Bonaldo.
