Fast is taking part in IMM Cologne with its own brand and a new sales organisation
After several years of presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in 2018 Fast will begin to present itself on these markets with its own brand, its own identity and with a new sales organisation that will be already operative at the IMM Cologne fair in January. The new distribution strategy, together with the development of the new collections which stem from the collaboration with Barcelona-based studio Lievore Altherr, aims to give new stimulus to the presence of Fast on strategic German-speaking markets, increasing the visibility of the company brand and creating more direct partnerships with local players, both on the residential and contract markets, and which over time are gaining more and more importance for Fast.
Over the past few years, the main objectives of the company have been the internationalisation and growth of export, which amounts to 75% of the entire turnover; 20% of the export comes from German-speaking markets, which from the very beginning showed their appreciation for the lines and quality of Fast collections. Amongst these, the bestselling Forest armchair, designed in 2007 by Robby and Francesca Cantarutti, which over the years has become an icon of outdoor living.
