Privacy Policy
Pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 kindly note that: a) The personal data you (the Data Subject) voluntarily provided when you filled in the registration form for the formalisation of requests for information on products, services, marketing, promotion, events and promotional initiatives of the companies and the clients it represents, will be handled using computerised and telematic procedures, for managerial, statistical, commercial, promotional and advertising purposes in connection with the products and services of ERGO snc and the clients it represents.

b) It is not compulsory to provide personal data; however refusal to reply or express consent may make it impossible for the company to fulfil the user’s requests.

c) The personal data you have provided will be handled, for the purposes described in point a) of this privacy policy, also using the following means: fax, telephone, even without operator assistance, e-mail or other computerised and/or automated communication systems.

d) As regards the above handling, the Data Subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether his/her data is held, its content and origin, to check its correctness and/or request for it to be integrated, updated or corrected, pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Pursuant to the same article, the Data Subject is entitled to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or freezing of his/her data, even when pertinent to the purposes for which it was collected or to send advertising or mail order material or to perform market research or sales communication.

e) The Data Controller is ERGO s.n.c. with registered offices in Via Wittgens, 3 – 20123 Milan.

f) Your personal data will be held in the offices of ERGO s.n.c., in P.le Aquileia, 8 - 20144 Milan.

g) The personal data you have provided may be transferred abroad, within the European Union, in compliance with and within the restrictions set forth in art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Your personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and restrictions set forth in art. 44 lett. b) of Lgs. Decree no. 196/2003.
