Fast Featured in Two Residential Projects

FAST COMPLETES TWO NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA AND LAKE GARDA

 

Recent residential projects highlight the growing importance of outdoor living as an integral part of architectural design, where comfort, materials and the surrounding landscape exist in seamless dialogue. In two contrasting settings, a villa on the French Riviera and a private residence on Lake Garda, Fast’s outdoor collections were chosen to shape distinctive exterior spaces united by a shared vision: a fluid way of living that is open, relaxed and deeply connected to the natural environment.

 

 

 

 

LE LEVANT VILLA, MANDELIEU-LA NAPOULE, FRANCE

 

On the French Riviera, in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Villa Le Levant stands out for its contemporary Brutalist character, with materials taking centre stage as the main form of expression. Pigmented concrete surfaces respond to the rocky landscape of the Estérel and the Mediterranean light, creating a continuous dialogue between architectural strength and openness towards the sea.

 

The architectural design by Johan Ripert, with interiors by Helena Monnet Plat and styling by Laurence Dougier, is completed by Fast furnishings, which extend the home’s material language into the outdoor spaces. The dining area is defined by the Wild table paired with Ria armchairs, while the relaxation space features Solaris sun loungers and the Solaris Evo lounge system complemented by Zebra coffee tables. Together, they create an outdoor setting that opens onto the sea and blends seamlessly with the surrounding horizon.

 

 

 

 

MAJC HOUSE, SOIANO DEL LAGO, ITALY

 

In Soiano del Lago, Majc House sits harmoniously within the rolling hillside overlooking Lake Garda, expressing a contemporary architectural vision defined by clean geometries and expansive openings towards the surrounding landscape. Designed by Daniele De Santis and developed by ARKDD, the project finds a natural extension in Fast’s outdoor furnishings, which complete its exterior living spaces.

 

The dining area is centred around the AllSize table paired with Zebra seating, while the lounge areas beneath the portico feature armchairs and coffee tables from the same collection, creating an intimate and refined atmosphere. Beside the pool, Ushuaia sun loungers enhance the relationship between water and light, while Ria armchairs and Mosaiko coffee tables introduce a more dynamic and modular rhythm to the outdoor setting. The result is a cohesive and fluid outdoor environment where architecture and landscape exist in seamless dialogue, transforming the exterior into a true extension of the home.
