When I was born, my DNA was Italian doc, but I fear it has altered over time: today I imagine it as an Italian-French-Anglo-German jumble that forces me to relentlessly correct accents and punctuation in all texts and languages. Does my stateless status create identity problems for me? Ich think pas.

Bubbly, outgoing and extremely organised: an unlikely combination, but it works. I love order, it’s true. It’s a vocation, but also a professional necessity. I mainly deal with press reviews: I scour magazines and websites from all over the world with a methodical approach, precision and a healthy intolerance for chaos. At ERGO, understanding what is being said everywhere is essential, so I jump from Italian to English, from German to French, without ever losing sight of meaning and context – or my patience. My motto is: nothing slips through, nothing is misplaced. Not even after my colleagues have passed by.
