Glamora presents Arcadia Collection

On the occasion of the Milano Design Week 2024 Glamora presents the Arcadia Collection, a tribute to the classical world that is reimagined in a wallcovering’s collection for contemporary interiors.

The Arcadia Collection draws on the Greco-Roman iconographic heritage, offering innovative figurative solutions, capable of shaping poetically scenic spaces.

With their measured elegance, the designs translate monumentality into cosy atmospheres: the collection, comprising ten subjects, stands out for its sculptural aesthetics and a visual narrative characterised by a contemporary neoclassical taste.

Each subject in the Arcadia Collection is offered in a single colour variant and in predefined materials and consists of a double figurative module which can be combined with two complementary modules that sketch a visual and tactile scenography, giving the walls an unexpected scenic depth.

At the heart of the collection is a skilful combination of handcrafted materials and soft fabrics of exceptional quality, bearing witness to Glamora’s constant focus on tradition and on sustainable innovation. GlamCanvas features a broad-mesh viscose weave reminiscent of artists’ canvases and combines refined aesthetics with high abrasion resistance. GlamVelour is made of eco-Alcantara: it is soft to the touch and to the eye and is a tribute to the refinement of velvet.

The Arcadia Collection expresses its full potential in generously proportioned environments, typical of the contract sector. The compositional freedom allows designers to experiment with the optical illusion of scenic backdrops and juxtapose different material surfaces. Every architectural environment is a blank canvas that invites creativity to be unleashed to define exclusive customised projects.

A key role is played by the Milan showroom, located in a historic building at Via Solferino 27: a prestigious and constantly evolving space designed to communicate the stylistic variety of Glamora’s wallcovering collections, offering the opportunity to view the entire range of solutions and some full-scale examples, as well as to receive assistance and design advice.
