Palazzo, the new table by Bonaldo designed by Matilde Sessolo

Bonaldo presents the first project created in collaboration with designer Matilde Sessolo: Palazzo, a table that brings the echo of Renaissance architecture into contemporary design. Presented during the Salone del Mobile Milano 2025, Palazzo has become part of Bonaldo’s Contemporary Soul collection, testifying to the ongoing design research that drives the brand.

The inspiration was born in Florence, in front of the Palazzo Strozzi façade : the rough stone blocks, symbols of strength and monumentality, became the starting point for a project that reinterprets the past with a contemporary language.
The base, composed of two symmetrical elements in high-density polyurethane, forms a sculptural and distinctive volume, solemn yet softened by harmonious proportions. The barrel-shaped top, available in wood, ceramic, or marble, completes the design with a fluid line that balances the solidity of the structure. A wide range of finishes and sizes makes Palazzo a versatile table, suitable for both residential interiors and representative spaces.

With Palazzo, Bonaldo confirms its aptitude for transforming memories and inspirations into design: a table that brings the solidity of historical architecture into everyday life, interpreting it through the eyes of the present.
