Villa Bonaldo, a new residential project in the heart of Andalusia

San Pedro de Alcántara, Spain – Nestled in the hills overlooking the Marbella coastline, Villa Bonaldo is an exclusive residence that elegantly expresses the brand’s living philosophy through a refined and contemporary interior design concept.

Covering a total area of nearly 2,000 square metres – around 700 of which are dedicated to interiors, spread across three levels and fully furnished with pieces from Bonaldo’s collections – the villa is a tangible embodiment of B/Style, the design approach developed by the brand to promote a cohesive visual language, where coordinated furnishings create harmonious and recognisable spaces.

The project was born from the collaboration between Bonaldo and Fernando Moreno – DECOFEMO, the brand’s key local partner, and stands out for its exceptional natural light, which floods the interiors through expansive glass walls. The connection between indoors and outdoors is fluid and continuous, guided by neutral tones, refined textures and carefully chosen furnishing details that establish a seamless visual thread throughout the spaces.

The villa was officially inaugurated in early May 2025 with an exclusive event that brought together more than 60 industry professionals, including interior designers, architects and real estate experts. The villa is currently for sale and is being used as a showroom.
