MCZ OFFICIAL PARTNER OF GIRO-E 2025

MCZ is ready to hit the road at Giro-E 2025—the eco-conscious counterpart to the Giro d’Italia—to officially unveil Eiko 365 across the country: the first pellet stove that heats in winter and cools in summer.

The race, covering 1,033 kilometers, will start on May 13th in Ostuni and conclude on June 1st in Rome, and will share the iconic finish line with the Giro d’Italia. The MCZ Racing Team will compete across all 18 stages, while visitors will have the opportunity to see Eiko 365 in action at the Giro-E Green Fun Village.

“After the preview at Milano Design Week 2025 and the leading European trade fairs Flam’Expo (Lyon) and World of Fireplaces (Leipzig), we chose the visibility offered by Giro-E and the Giro d’Italia for the launch on the Italian market: a one-of-a-kind event for a truly revolutionary product,” says Andrea Brosolo, Chief Marketing Officer of MCZ Group.

MCZ has chosen to take part in Giro-E in partnership with the Unione Ciclistica Giorgione, known for their long-standing experience in the world of cycling. Leading the MCZ Racing Team will be Marco Benfatto, a former professional cyclist and now sports director of U.C. Giorgione.

With this new challenge, MCZ is set to bring sustainability, innovation, and fresh excitement across Italy, stage after stage.

A TOUR GUIDED BY SUSTAINABILITY

MCZ’s participation in Giro-E 2025 stems from a clear vision: to promote a new concept of home comfort that aligns fully with the principles of sustainability. With over one thousand kilometers of route and a format designed to highlight electric mobility and low-impact technologies, Giro-E offers the ideal platform to share this commitment.

Throughout the 18 scheduled stages, MCZ will be present with its official team, the MCZ Racing Team, and with the I FEEL COOL booth, located within the Green Fun Village, a themed space hosted in every departure city. It will be the perfect opportunity to showcase EIKO 365 to the public, the new pellet stove that can both heat and cool without the need for an outdoor unit. The stove focuses on reduced energy consumption, minimal emissions, and ease of installation.

MCZ is not just unveiling a revolutionary product: it is bringing a vision on the road, one built on responsible design choices and sustainable materials. A tangible example is the MCZ Racing Team’s technical jersey, made by Energiapura, made from recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles. A clear symbol of the brand’s commitment to a more sustainable future, reflected also in the “I FEEL COOL” campaign, dedicated to the launch of EIKO 365.
