NovaBell at Cersaie 2026: ceramics broaden their horizons across architecture, surfaces, and interior design

The latest edition of Cersaie, the leading international event dedicated to ceramics and bathroom furnishings, has just come to a close. At the Bologna fair, NovaBell was present with two stands: one dedicated to its porcelain stoneware collections and the other entirely devoted to Oversize, its range of large-format slabs, which continues to grow and open up new application possibilities.

 

Among the new porcelain stoneware coverings are the Discovery and Thermae Aurea collections, along with the collection extensions Fusion+ and Open LAB. For the first time, moreover, NovaBell is expanding into furniture with Architectural Tables, a series of tables with tops in a variety of shapes, available in every finish in the Oversize Top range, which has been expanded this year with seven new marble-effect surfaces.

 

 

 

Discovery draws inspiration from Lias stone, a historic European limestone, reinterpreted by NovaBell as a ceramic surface with a contemporary aesthetic. The collection stands out for its balanced aesthetic, combining tactile depth, subtle layering, and broad design versatility. InPhase digital technology synchronises graphics with the refraction of light, creating a three-dimensional look while maintaining a perfectly smooth surface.

 

Thermae Aurea stems from an architectural vision that interconnects light, material, and proportions, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the elegance of stone. The collection features two complementary finishes: Autentica, with a natural surface that expresses the stone’s original character, and Iconica, with a brushed finish inspired by the charm of material shaped by time.

 

 

 

 

Fusion+ celebrates glossy glazed majolica tiles in ten new on-trend tones: this brick size porcelain stoneware evokes the craftsmanship of handmade ceramics, bringing creativity and colour to walls. Open evolves with Open LAB, featuring six new contemporary tones for indoor and outdoor coverings.

 

With the Architectural Tables collection NovaBell brings the brand’s heritage of ceramic surfaces into the world of furniture and offers a system of tables with porcelain stoneware tops that can be customised in shape, size, and finish. Conceived as a natural extension of the brand’s tactile identity, the collection broadens the range of applications for ceramics and reinforces NovaBell’s vision: a surface design concept that extends beyond architecture into the world of furniture.
