MCZ at the Milano Design Week 2026

For the second year in a row, MCZ took part in the Fuorisalone as part of the MateriAE exhibition-event, organised by Interni magazine at Milan’s Università Statale.

MCZ presented COMFORT INSIDE, an installation expressing the revolution of a new way of living climate comfort: an immersive experience which translates technological innovation into perception, emotion and awareness. A pure red volume contained a multisensory journey that moved through contrasts in search of harmony. Its monochromatic surface, embossed with the words Comfort Inside, became both threshold and promise: everything that brings comfort was to be found within.

The installation invited visitors to step through a digital portal and be guided through a series of contrasting scenes. Intense heat, made up of light and enveloping sounds, where the sensation of warmth becomes almost tangible. Crystalline cold, amidst rarefied silences and the calls of nature, where the air becomes sharp and thin. Finally, a spacious, brightly lit living space, overlooking a landscape where light, temperature and a subtle sensory dimension blend together to create an atmosphere of absolute harmony.

It is in the interplay between these opposites, hot and cold, exterior and interior, that the project’s deeper meaning is revealed: comfort is not a static state, but a dynamic balance regulated with invisible precision. The MCZ revolution lies at the heart of this experience.

Compact is the “all-in-one” heat pump system by MCZ that combines the ability to generate hot air, cool air and domestic hot water into a single compact unit. A unique solution on the market, with no external unit, designed to blend seamlessly into any setting, even in custom configurations, transforming technological complexity into design simplicity.

One of its distinctive features is the simultaneous production of heating and cooling, ensuring continuous comfort even during domestic hot water demand. The absence of an external unit makes Compact particularly suitable for historic town centres and homes subject to façade restrictions. Compact therefore represents MCZ’s answer for those seeking simplicity of installation, maximal integration, continuous comfort and a concrete reduction of space, time and installation costs.
